Resort living in a new beautifully furnished second story 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2600 square foot second floor coach home in the newest neighborhood, Marengo at Fiddlers Creek. You will be as comfortable relaxing and entertaining on the spacious and furnished lanai as well as as the inside of condo designed for elegant comfort for you and or families to enjoy. Enjoy the lake views with appearances from many tropical birds and perhaps entertainment by one of our local alligators , while listening to your favorite music channel, program or movie. Prepare dinner in our spacious full kitchen designed for visiting during preparation. Dine at our high top square oak table also designed for intimate conversation or quick dinners so you can move on to the night life or back to the pools.

The tranquil master bedroom has a VERY comfortable World Class pillow topped king-size mattress, four hundred thread-count linens, TV and DVD player. The huge master bath has a large walk in shower and separate soaking tub, double sinks, over sized spa towels, hairdryer and two walk-in closets.

Our second tropically decorated bedroom has two twin pillow topped mattresses, 400 thread count sheets and over sized bath towels are provided in the ensuite bathroom.
high speed internet is included. One full height twin Aero bed are kept in the walk in closet which can be used together in this bedroom or easily moved to other rooms to suit your guests needs.

Our third fully decorated spacious bedroom has a queen sized mattress and walk in closet.

A spacious 2 car garage is equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella. Beach towels, ironing board and iron are found in the large laundry room.
